原材料需求計劃?(Material Requirements Planning - MRP)
l??基于銷(xiāo)售預測、生產(chǎn)主計劃和物料清單（BOM），利用MRP系統計算和發(fā)布原材料、零部件及包裝材料的凈需求。
Calculate and release net requirements for raw materials, components, and packaging materials based on sales forecasts, master production schedules (MPS), and Bills of Materials (BOM) using MRP systems.
l??監控原材料庫存水平，識別短缺、過(guò)?；虼魷L(fēng)險，并采取預防/糾正措施。
Monitor raw material inventory levels, identify risks of shortages, excess, or obsolescence, and take preventive/corrective actions.
l??向采購部門(mén)下達采購申請（PR）或采購訂單（PO），確保物料按時(shí)、按量、按質(zhì)到位。
Generate Purchase Requisitions (PR) or Purchase Orders (PO) for the Procurement team to ensure materials are available on time, in quantity, and to specification.
l??跟蹤采購訂單狀態(tài)，與供應商和采購部門(mén)緊密溝通，解決物料供應問(wèn)題（如延遲、質(zhì)量問(wèn)題）。
Track purchase order status, communicate closely with suppliers and the Procurement team to resolve material supply issues (e.g., delays, quality problems).
l??管理安全庫存策略，優(yōu)化原材料庫存周轉率。
Manage safety stock strategies to optimize raw material inventory turnover.
2.???????生產(chǎn)主計劃與排程?(Master Production Scheduling & Production Planning)
l??根據銷(xiāo)售訂單、銷(xiāo)售預測、產(chǎn)能分析及物料可用性，制定和發(fā)布可行的主生產(chǎn)計劃（MPS）和詳細的生產(chǎn)日/周計劃。
Develop and release feasible Master Production Schedules (MPS) and detailed daily/weekly production schedules based on sales orders, sales forecasts, capacity analysis, and material availability.
l??將主生產(chǎn)計劃分解為車(chē)間/產(chǎn)線(xiàn)的具體生產(chǎn)訂單。
Decompose the MPS into specific production orders for workshops/production lines.
l??監控生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度，識別潛在延誤或瓶頸（設備、人員、物料），協(xié)調相關(guān)部門(mén)（生產(chǎn)、工程、質(zhì)量）解決問(wèn)題，確保計劃按時(shí)完成。
Monitor production progress, identify potential delays or bottlenecks (equipment, manpower, materials), coordinate with relevant departments (Production, Engineering, Quality) to resolve issues and ensure on-time schedule adherence.
l??根據物料供應、設備故障、訂單變更等實(shí)際情況，及時(shí)調整生產(chǎn)計劃并溝通更新。
Adjust production plans promptly and communicate updates based on actual situations such as material supply, equipment breakdowns, order changes, etc.
l??平衡生產(chǎn)負荷，優(yōu)化產(chǎn)能利用率。
Balance production load to optimize capacity utilization.

3. 銷(xiāo)售訂單分配 (Sales Order Allocation)
l 根據需求并結合庫存情況，轉訂單予以開(kāi)票通知倉儲發(fā)貨；
According to the requirements and combined with the inventory status, the transfer order is issued for invoicing and notifying the warehouse to dispatch goods.
4.???????庫存控制與分析?(Inventory Control & Analysis)
l??監控在制品（WIP）和成品庫存水平。
Monitor Work-In-Progress (WIP) and finished goods inventory levels.
l??分析庫存數據，識別改進(jìn)機會(huì )，提出降低庫存成本、減少呆滯料的建議。
Analyze inventory data, identify improvement opportunities, and propose suggestions to reduce inventory costs and minimize obsolete stock.
l??參與或主導庫存盤(pán)點(diǎn)工作。
Participate in or lead physical inventory counts.
5.???????跨部門(mén)協(xié)作與溝通?(Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication)
l??與銷(xiāo)售、采購、生產(chǎn)、倉儲物流、工程、質(zhì)量等部門(mén)保持高效溝通與協(xié)作。
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with Sales, Procurement, Production, Warehousing/Logistics, Engineering, Quality, and other departments.
l??及時(shí)向相關(guān)部門(mén)和上級匯報計劃執行情況、潛在風(fēng)險和應對措施。
Report production plan execution status, potential risks, and countermeasures to relevant departments and management in a timely manner.
l??參與銷(xiāo)售與運營(yíng)計劃（S&OP）或產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)協(xié)調會(huì )議。
Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or production-sales coordination meetings.
6.???????系統與報告?(Systems & Reporting)
l??熟練使用ERP/MRP系統（如SAP、Excel及其他辦公軟件）。
Proficiently use ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Excel, and other office software).
l??生成并分析相關(guān)計劃與庫存報告。
Generate and analyze relevant planning and inventory reports.
l??維護計劃相關(guān)數據的準確性。
