職位描述

1. Responsible for supporting the monitor to complete daily safety production activities management of the shift team
負責支持班長(cháng)完成班組的日常安全生產(chǎn)管理工作
2. Responsible for production process monitoring and parameters adjustment（authorized by the monitor）, and operational discipline assurance in daily operation
負責生產(chǎn)工藝的監控和參數調整(由班長(cháng)授權)，負責班組日常操作過(guò)程中的操作紀律保證工作
3. Reporting the abnormalities of the process, it is encouraged to do troubleshooting and RCA
及時(shí)匯報非正常的工藝狀態(tài)，鼓勵進(jìn)行異常原因的分析調查
4. Assistant to maintain/manage operation related document management system to improve the system continuously
協(xié)助操作/管理文檔系統使之不斷優(yōu)化
