崗位職責：
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the digital technologies and applying the high safety standards.

What you can expect
You will be responsible for providing Instrumentation & Process Control Design and Engineering Services for multiple Zhanjiang Verbund Site (ZVS) CapEx projects or eMOC. 負責提供巴斯夫湛江一體化基地的儀控設計，包括新型投資及在役工廠(chǎng)的改造。

Main tasks
? Support the Project/Engineering Manager/Project Engineer regarding I&C engineering topics utilizing the Digital Engineering workflow and associated tools.使用相應的數字化設計流程及工具，支持項目經(jīng)理、設計經(jīng)理及項目工程師提供儀控專(zhuān)業(yè)的相關(guān)設計工作。
? Develop a solid I&C Design scope for all eMOC and Capital Projects, monitor & control I&C engineering design towards contractors. Responsible and accountable for all activities and deliverables associated with I&C. 明確新項目投資及在役工廠(chǎng)改造的儀控工作范圍，監督及管理項目承包商的儀控設計工作；總體負責儀控專(zhuān)業(yè)的所有活動(dòng)及交付成果。
? Effectively coordinate within the I&C and other disciplines for all aspects of I&C scope in Digital Engineering process. 實(shí)施數字化工程流程，有效協(xié)調儀控及其他相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)。
? Responsible for the execution and coordination of activities related to the design, engineering, and procurement of I&C, including instrument technical datasheet, wiring diagram, loop drawings and control systems design, and so on. 在項目執行過(guò)程中，負責儀控設計及采購相關(guān)事宜，包括數據單編制、接線(xiàn)圖、回路圖及控制系統設計等。
? Establish and keep close contact to the related engineering disciplines at BASF regionally and globally e.g. headquarter Germany (good English skills required). 跟區域及全球相關(guān)的設計團隊建立并保持緊密合作（要求英語(yǔ)流利）。
? Represent the owner interests in the project towards the EPs/Local Design Institute, Vendors, construction companies. Carry out technical and contractual supervision and guidance. 在與工程合作伙伴、當地設計院、供應商及施工單位等執行項目過(guò)程中充分代表業(yè)主利益。提供技術(shù)及合同監督和指導。
? Establish and enhance local know-how in the I&C. 建立并強化團隊的儀控設計能力。
? Check of I&C related Vendor Drawings. 審查供應商提供的儀控相關(guān)圖紙。
? Supervise/Manage Quality, Cost and Schedule for I&C discipline in the Project. 在項目執行過(guò)程中監督/管理儀控相關(guān)的質(zhì)量、費用及進(jìn)度等。
? Champion the mindset of Continuous Improvement and implementation of improvement measures. 倡導持續改進(jìn)并付諸于實(shí)際行動(dòng)。

任職要求：
What we expect
? Education 教育背景:
　　- Bachelor degree with major study in Process Control 過(guò)程控制專(zhuān)業(yè)本科畢業(yè)
　　- Master degree will be an advantage 研究生學(xué)歷優(yōu)選
? Working Experience 工作經(jīng)歷
　　- At least 6 years or above working experiences in I&C area 在儀控專(zhuān)業(yè)工作至少六年或以上
? Technical & Professional Knowledge 技術(shù)及資質(zhì)要求:
　　- Proficient command of spoken and written Chinese and English 熟練掌握中英文
　　- Good knowledge in I&C, familiar with national and international design Codes (GB, HG, SH, ASTM, ASME, API, DIN/EN etc) 精通儀控知識，熟悉相關(guān)國內及國際標準規范（GB, HG, SH, ASTM, ASME, API, DIN/EN，等等）
　　- Good in relevant software/tools e.g. SmartPlant and other Hexagon tools 熟悉相關(guān)設計軟件，如SmartPlant, Hexagon等
　　- Holding national Instrument engineer or senior instrument engineer certificate as a preference 持有國內儀表工程師或高級儀表工程師證書(shū)者優(yōu)選
