PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
崗位主要職責

1. The lead operator assists the Production Manager/ Facility Manager, and in his absence to manage the plant routine operation. ensure compliance with process safety, MOC, and OPHR requirements.
班長(cháng)協(xié)助生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理/裝置經(jīng)理，并在其不在時(shí)管理工廠(chǎng)日常運行；確保遵循工藝安全、MOC和OPHR的要求；
2. The lead operator works closely with other operators and engineers. Responsible for the daily operation including process control, pipeline delivery systems, product quality assurance, trailer filling, routine field/equipment inspection etc.
班長(cháng)與其他操作員以及工程師密切合作，負責日常運行，包括工藝控制，管道輸送系統，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量保證，槽車(chē)充裝，現場(chǎng)/設備日常檢查等。
3. The lead operator ensures the LASU safety and efficiently. Involve plant preventive maintenance. Holding safety meetings, performing safety audits (including APSAM, BSP,5M, safety action training and so on) and report shift production progress and status. report near miss / incident occurred within shift.

4. Quick response to quality and process alerting. active on upset handling to minimizes the impact on quality (no shortage on quality). active and initiative on finding potential quality problem, analysis problem and get the solutions. actively involved in process / productivity improvement (CI project)
對質(zhì)量和過(guò)程報警信號做出快速反應，積極處理意外事故以盡量減少對質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生影響（無(wú)任何質(zhì)量缺陷），積極主動(dòng)地尋找潛在的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，分析問(wèn)題并找出解決方案。積極參與過(guò)程/生產(chǎn)率的改進(jìn)活動(dòng)（CI項目）。
5. The lead operator keeps good communication with customer to insure closely cooperation.

6. Improve English level constantly, being able to read the safety manual and operation manual.
不斷提高英語(yǔ)水平，能閱讀安全手冊和操作手冊；
7. Facilitate the interaction with customer, authorities and other departments. On shift emergency evacuation sponsor, crisis coordinator within shift.
促進(jìn)與客戶(hù)、主管部門(mén)和其他部門(mén)溝通；作為班組中的危機協(xié)調員和緊急疏散組織者；
8. Responsible for the spare parts management.
負責備件管理；
9. Keep in contact with suppliers, engineers, project and maintenance contractors; conduct / take part in troubleshooting root cause analysis with related people when it needs.
保持與供應商，工程師，項目和維修承包商聯(lián)系；需要時(shí)與相關(guān)人員一同進(jìn)行/參與故障排除根本原因分析；
10. Conduct cross training with colleagues. Can take all of Level1 required skills, training and lead the way other operators;
與同事進(jìn)行交叉培訓，能掌握所有Level 1要求的技能，培訓并帶領(lǐng)其他操作員。
11. Abide by AP policies and regulations, follow EH&S procedure/ standard. Safety work permit sign-off and management within shift.

12. Any other duties as assigned and carry out tasks and requests from reporting managers in a timely and efficient manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
任職資格

? At least diploma and/or above in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial automation or instrumentation and related specialty.
? 化工、機械、電氣、工業(yè)自動(dòng)化或儀表等化工類(lèi)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷。
? At least 3 years working experience with a manufacturing company；
? 3年以上制造企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗；
? Have good safety, health and environmental knowledge and understand site safety management；
? 具備良好的安全健康環(huán)保知識，了解現場(chǎng)安全管理；
? ASU experience and English ability would be preferable.
? 具有空分工作經(jīng)驗和英語(yǔ)能力者優(yōu)先；
? Energetic, honest, and hard working.
