職位描述

崗位職責：
1. Plant Construction
? Assist in tracking the construction progress and coordinate the regional construction during construction
協(xié)助建設期間項目現場(chǎng)施工進(jìn)度跟蹤，區域施工協(xié)調等
? Assist in monitoring the site construction with sense of ownership and stop it in time if there is any unsafe behavior
協(xié)助監督項目現場(chǎng)施工是否規范，發(fā)現不安全行為及時(shí)制止
? Assist the engineering team to supervise and inspect the construction quality, and check whether the construction is according to the drawing
協(xié)助工程團隊監督檢驗施工質(zhì)量，檢查施工現場(chǎng)是否按圖施工
? Assist the project acceptance and participate in the punch list inspection, PSSR, participate in the production preparation and test before ready for start up
協(xié)助現場(chǎng)工程竣工驗收，參與三查四定，PSSR參與開(kāi)工前的生產(chǎn)準備和試車(chē)

2. Plant commissioning
? Participate in site inspection before commissioning, including process pipeline, equipment, vessels, tools, etc., to confirm commissioning conditions
參與試運行前的現場(chǎng)檢查，包括工藝管道、設備、容器、工器具等，確認試運行條件
? Participate in the commissioning phase, including pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up etc.
參與試運行階段的工作，包括預試車(chē), 試車(chē)，開(kāi)車(chē)等

3. Plant Operation
? Execute tank farm & jetty daily operation with respect to safety, time, cost, and quality requirements, as well as guidelines, procedures, WI etc.
依據公司相關(guān)準則、程序、作業(yè)指導等,執行罐區碼頭的日常操作以確保符合安全、效率、成本、質(zhì)量的要求
? Operate or monitor equipment like pump/refrigerator/compressor/valve etc. to conduct material transfer between upstream/downstream plant, ship loading/unlading, or other tank farm operation
操作或監控泵/冰機/壓縮機/閥門(mén)等設備，完成儲罐與上下游裝置收送料及船舶裝卸作業(yè)
? Operate jetty equipment like MLA/QRH/Jetty Gangway/Valve etc. to conduct ship loading/unlading operation
操作碼頭設備設施如：輸油臂/快速脫纜鉤/登船梯/閥門(mén)等，完成船舶裝卸作業(yè)
? Conduct ship mooring and unmooring activities
進(jìn)行船舶系解纜作業(yè)
? Implement site Routine inspection
嚴格執行現場(chǎng)日常巡檢
? Documentation of any data during the operation and inspection
完成日常操作和測試作業(yè)數據記錄
? Disposing and reporting any abnormal condition or incident on shift
報告并記錄值班期間發(fā)生的任何異常情況或事故
? Ensuring site safety operation conditions.

? Support work permit validation and management
作業(yè)許可證的簽署和管理
? Stop unsafe action founded in the progress of operation in time
及時(shí)制止作業(yè)過(guò)程中發(fā)現的不安全行為
? Lock open/close operation safety facilities inspection
鎖開(kāi)/鎖關(guān)等安全設施檢查
? Participate training activities of operation technology to expand the professional knowledge, improve operational skills
參加操作技術(shù)等培訓，拓展專(zhuān)業(yè)知識，提升操作技能

4. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders
完成上級領(lǐng)導交辦的其他任務(wù)

任職要求：
? College or above. Majors in chemical, mechanical, oil & gas storage and transportation engineering related are preferred.
大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷,化工、機械、油氣儲運工程相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮
? More than 3 years operation experiences in tank farm & jetty
有3年以上罐區碼頭操作經(jīng)驗
? Strategic thinker, Strong analytical skills, high communication skills, strong leadership, intercultural, interpersonal skills
較好的分析、溝通和人際交往能力
? Familiar with chemical handling and operation processes
熟悉化學(xué)品技術(shù)和操作流程
? Excellent problem-solving capabilities in order to be able to take action timely in case of incidents and unplanned incidents
具備專(zhuān)業(yè)的問(wèn)題解決能力，以便在發(fā)生事故和意外事件時(shí)能夠及時(shí)采取行動(dòng)
Familiar with CPTF & Jetty process to ensure the safety operation
理解罐區碼頭的工藝流程，以確保安全操作
? Basic English reading ability
