? According to the production plan, process specification, and operation manual, under the guidance and arrangement of the shift lead, safely, accurately, and operate the machine equipment efficiently to complete the daily production tasks of the filling line.
根據包裝生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)的生產(chǎn)計劃、工藝規范，操作手冊在領(lǐng)班的指導下和安排下，安全地、精確地和有效地操作機器設備完成每日的包裝線(xiàn)的生產(chǎn)任務(wù)。
? Monitor the operation of the equipment in the filling line, check the control screen and alarm information of the equipment, determine the abnormal situation according to the noise of the equipment operation, and determine the problem. According to the production operation manual, EHS manual, and the instruction of the shift lead, use the checklist to implement routine inspection, check equipment, and self-instrument maintenance tasks. Record abnormalities and report them to the shift lead.
監控包裝線(xiàn)設備運行，查看設備的控制屏和報警信息，現場(chǎng)巡檢根據設備運行的噪聲判斷異常情況，確定問(wèn)題。按照生產(chǎn)操作手冊、EHS手冊和領(lǐng)班的指揮，利用檢查表進(jìn)行例行巡檢、檢查設備、儀器的維護任務(wù)。記錄異常情況并報告給領(lǐng)班。
? Complete daily 5S and safety inspections to ensure good 5S status. Immediately report any safety hazards found and take necessary preventive actions to prevent accidents.
完成每日自己負責區域內的5S和安全巡檢，確保好的5S狀態(tài)。立即主動(dòng)上報發(fā)現的安全隱患，并采取必要的預防措施防止事故發(fā)生。
? Complete daily maintenance of the equipment, to ensure that the equipment can keep in good working condition.
做好每日工作的設備的自主保養工作，確保倉庫內的設備保持良好的工作狀態(tài)。
? Maintain the workplace and working environment in accordance with the safety regulations of the plant and the EHS policy of the company to meet the requirements of safe work and efficient production activities.
根據裝置的安全規定以及公司的EHS方針，保持工作場(chǎng)所和工作環(huán)境以達到安全工作和高效生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)的要求。
? Supervise and correct the behavior of internal and external personnel on the site in accordance with EHS standards and shift lead's instructions to ensure the safe condition of the equipment and perform supervision duties on the activities of external personnel in the filling area.
根據EHS標準和領(lǐng)班的指令，監督和糾正內部和外部人員在操作現場(chǎng)的行為以確保裝置的安全狀態(tài)，行使對外來(lái)人員在倉庫內活動(dòng)的監督職責。
? Support the shift leader to be well prepared to pass the internal and external audits.
協(xié)助輪班領(lǐng)班及時(shí)做好準備確保順利通過(guò)內部、外部的各項檢查和審核。
? To complete handover with the next shift team.
應與下一班次的人員做好班次交接。
? Active contribution to EHS objectives and adherence to all relevant agreements regarding Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment.

任職要求：
? Minimum 2-year experience in filling-related Work experience in the chemical industry is preferred.
具備2年及以上的包裝工作經(jīng)驗。有化工行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗者，優(yōu)先考慮。
? Reliable and independent: Assurance of quality and safety in an automated environment as well as technical specifications and standards.
可靠獨立：在自動(dòng)化環(huán)境下，保證現場(chǎng)物流操作符合EHS、質(zhì)量、成本和可靠性，以及技術(shù)規范和標準的要求。
? Communication: Efficiently communication capabilities for the interaction with external and internal interfaces like customers, suppliers, LSP and relevant employees.
溝通交流：具備與內、外部接口（如客戶(hù)、供應商、承運商及相關(guān)員工等）有效溝通的能力。
? Products and transportation safety: Knowledge about the chemical products in scope as pre-requisite for safety operation. Based on that profound knowledge with regards to the EHS/TDS regulations in the field of work (dangerous goods, labelling, shipping documents, segregation of goods, behavior in case of process safety incidents, load securing, etc.).
產(chǎn)品和運輸安全：化工產(chǎn)品知識是安全處理的先決條件。在此基礎上，對工作領(lǐng)域的EHS/TDS法規有深刻的了解（危險貨物，標簽，運輸文件，貨物隔離，安全事故應急行為，裝載安全等）。
? Process: The employees know all possibly ongoing processes of order management, transportation management and import / export operations, to take adequate and comprehensive action in case of an incident and to report about the incident.
工作流程：了解單證管理業(yè)務(wù)過(guò)程中所有可能正在進(jìn)行的工作流程，以便在發(fā)生事故時(shí)采取充分和全面的行動(dòng)，并如實(shí)匯報相關(guān)情況。
? IT software: Proficiency in MS office.

? Knowledge of ERP system, and ability to operate SAP system is preferred.

? Can perform night shift.
