職位描述

主要崗位職責
1. Facilitate the use of and compliance to AP EH&S standards in Gasification Plant ops such that EH&S performance continually improves and performance goals are met or exceeded. Ultimate result desire zero injuries.
在氣化裝置運行管理中推進(jìn)和服從空氣化工全部環(huán)保、健康、安全標準，進(jìn)行持續改進(jìn)以達到或優(yōu)于管理目標。終極目標是“零傷害”。
2. Provide effective leadership to the Gasification operating team to ensure the plant is operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements & on-stream guarantees.
有效的領(lǐng)導部屬確保氣化裝置安全、高效運行，服從和滿(mǎn)足合同要求，不斷提高裝置在線(xiàn)運行率。
3. Ensure compliance with process safety, MOC’s, and OPHR’s requirements.
必須遵守工藝安全、變更管理及運行裝置危險性分析提出的有關(guān)安全要求。
4. Maintain effective work processes, drive continuous improvement and sharing of best operation practices at the plants.
高效地組織操作管理，對氣化裝置操作進(jìn)行持續改進(jìn)，并分享氣化裝置運行經(jīng)驗。
5. Execute site routine patrol inspection, discover and eliminate the potential safety hazard.
組織實(shí)施現場(chǎng)按時(shí)巡檢，發(fā)現和消除可能的安全危害。
6. Enhance contact with upstream and downstream units, keep the eyes on the variation of process operation condition, do the best to stabilize the process operation index.
加強和上下游裝置的密切聯(lián)系，關(guān)注操作條件的變化，盡一切可能穩定工藝運行指標。
7. Manage the training of new operating staff for the Gasification Shift Ops Team.
對本班新的氣化裝置運行人員崗位培訓進(jìn)行有效的管理。

崗位資格要求

1. College degree and above in Chemical Engineering/Industrial related.
化工類(lèi)大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷。
2. Demonstrated managerial, leadership and interpersonal skills
有較強的管理能力、領(lǐng)導能力和人際交往能力。
3. A track record of success on Safety, Environmental, Quality and Employee Involvement
有在安全、環(huán)保、質(zhì)量控制和員工管理方面的成功業(yè)績(jì)。
4. Ability to interface with upstream and downstream plant shift Lead Operator.
具備與上下游裝置主操良好溝通的能力。
5. 5 years’ experience in Raw Syngas Gasification plant or equivalent complexity operation and maintenance.
具有5年在煤制粗合成氣氣化裝置或類(lèi)似復雜裝置操作與維護的經(jīng)驗。
6. Having a demonstrated record of continued advancement from Deputy Lead Operator Position with at least 3 years of relative plant experiences or present Lead Operator Position 2 year above.
具有在煤氣氣化裝置或類(lèi)似復雜裝置副操崗位上連續工作滿(mǎn)3年或主操崗位上工作2年以上的經(jīng)歷。
7. Suitable for shift work.
適應倒班工作。
