職位描述

崗位職責：
? Commissioning Phase
? Support detailed design, pre-commission & commissioning activities e.g. site walkdown, loop check, PSSR etc., during project execution phase
支持項目執行階段的詳細設計，預試車(chē)以及調試準備工作如三查四定、回路測試和開(kāi)車(chē)前安全檢查
? Operation Phase
? Monitor equipment and facility running status via DCS/GDS/FAS/SCADA to ensure normal and safe condition
通過(guò)DCS/GDS/FAS/SCADA等系統監控裝置區域內設備設施的運行狀態(tài)，確保其處于正常及安全可靠的工作狀態(tài)
? Monitor and record the critical process parameter for utility/container temp. control system and TCCS
對關(guān)鍵過(guò)程參數進(jìn)行監控跟蹤并記錄（公用工程/集裝箱溫控系統/罐箱清洗系統）
? Coordinate with cleaning station operator to make sure stable operational circumstance of cleaning flow, for example, adjust process parameter and check cleaning recipe
配合現場(chǎng)清洗操作員確保清洗過(guò)程的穩定運行，如工藝參數調整和清洗程序的確認
? support operational and process data acquisition via digital system
支持數字化系統運營(yíng)及工藝過(guò)程數據的采集和分析
? Supervise DG yard container operations
監控危險貨物堆場(chǎng)集裝箱操作
? Carry out heating and cooling of container for heating & cooling station in CY
執行堆場(chǎng)加熱冷卻站的集裝箱加熱冷卻工作
? Execute container yard and tank container cleaning station regular patrolling
執行集裝箱堆場(chǎng)和罐箱清洗站的日常巡檢
? complete to pre-treatment for equipment maintenance and field guard
完成設備維修前的工藝處理和現場(chǎng)監護
? Active interaction with business units and functional plants, collaborate with other department
? 與相關(guān)上下游工廠(chǎng)溝通，并與其他操作團隊協(xié)調
? Identify problem and develop improvement initiatives to support operational performance improvement in terms of cost, service level and efficiency
? 發(fā)現問(wèn)題，提出改善意見(jiàn)，支持在成本，服務(wù)和效率方面的運營(yíng)優(yōu)化改進(jìn)
? Dispose and report any abnormal condition or incident on shift
? 在過(guò)程中遇到問(wèn)題的情況下進(jìn)行故障排除，有異常情況及時(shí)匯報
? Stop unsafe action founded in the progress of operation in time
對作業(yè)過(guò)程中發(fā)現的人的不安全行為及時(shí)進(jìn)行制止
? Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor
完成領(lǐng)導交代的其他任務(wù)


任職要求：
大專(zhuān)或以上
College degree or above
化學(xué)工程，機械工程，應用化學(xué)，車(chē)輛工程，自動(dòng)化，材料工程, 環(huán)境工程，Chemical Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering，Applied Chemistry，Vehicle Engineering, Automation, Material Engineering, Environmental Engineering
溝通能力強，個(gè)性成熟穩重, 負責任
Good communication skill & personality, responsible
