職位描述

崗位職責：
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Guangdong Verbund site project would be BASF's largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. The site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards.

Main Tasks:
- Responsible for providing Engineering management for multiple Zhanjiang Verbund Site (ZVS) CapEx projects or eMOC. 負責給巴斯夫湛江一體化基地新型投資或在役工廠(chǎng)改造項目提供設計管理。
- Accountable and leader of a diverse project team in the execution of Plant modifications (MoC) and small to mid-size capital projects less than 25M Euros. 負責并領(lǐng)導項目團隊執行在役工廠(chǎng)改造或中小型項目（低于2500萬(wàn)歐元）。
- Responsible to lead the engineering team and in development of a solid scope for all eMoC and Capital Projects, monitor & control engineering design towards contractors. Responsible and accountable for all activities and deliverables associated with the project or eMoC. 領(lǐng)導設計團隊，確認改造或新型項目范圍，監管承包商的工程設計。全面負責項目的所有活動(dòng)及最終交付。
- Support the project manager by collaborating with colleagues such as Discipline Engineering experts, Estimating, Cost Control, Scheduling, Operations, Technology, Site Management, Procurement, Construction and EHS to ensure efficient execution of capital project or eMoC. 支持項目經(jīng)理協(xié)調其他專(zhuān)業(yè)，如各專(zhuān)業(yè)工程師、預算、費控、進(jìn)度、操作、技術(shù)、基地管理、采購、施工及安全等，確保項目高效運行。
- Responsible for development of solid IFC package and coordination of related activities like design, engineering, procurement of components. 負責確定施工包，協(xié)調諸如設計、工程及采購等活動(dòng)。
- Lead the Piping and the 3D design team in Model development, coordination with other disciplines and external contractors (LDI & CC). 帶領(lǐng)管道及3D設計團隊模型開(kāi)發(fā)，協(xié)調其他專(zhuān)業(yè)及外部承包商（如當地設計院、施工隊等）。
- Championing the project development process, create and modify practices and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the TE group as well provide input and support to various Site / Regional project management procedures. 制定并修正項目執行程序及流程，使其更高效運作。支持及建議基地或區域的項目管理程序。
- Provide expertise and support to the ZVS site in terms of training the TSS and Plant personnel on capital project processes. 給生產(chǎn)基地工程與維修技術(shù)（TSS）及生產(chǎn)團隊提供項目實(shí)施程序的專(zhuān)業(yè)培訓。
- Establish and keep close contact to the related discipline at BASF regionally and globally e.g., headquarter Germany (good English skills required). 跟區域及全球相關(guān)的設計團隊建立并保持緊密合作（要求英語(yǔ)流利）
- Well communicate with executive project steering teams, BASF engineering teammates, LDI discipline teams, and vendor representatives to influent on items such as project status, risks, opportunities, coordination of decisions, etc. 跟項目指導團隊、巴斯夫工程團隊成員、當地設計院及供應商代表及時(shí)溝通，了解并介入項目狀態(tài)、風(fēng)險、機遇等，協(xié)調項目決策。
- Represent the owner interests in the project towards the EPs/Local Design Institute, Vendors, construction companies. Carry out technical and contractual supervision and guidance. 在與工程合作伙伴、當地設計院、供應商及施工單位等執行項目過(guò)程中充分代表業(yè)主利益。提供技術(shù)及合同監督和指導。
- Compliance with all EHS policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a Zero Incident mindset in the implementation of capital projects, while championing BASF's commitment to safety always. 遵守所有EHS政策和程序，秉承零事故思維，深刻理解并執行巴斯夫安全高于一切的理念。
- Support the development and updates of the Digital Engineering and construction process. Lead the Digital Twin topic within ZVS. Work with ODs and other stakeholders to coordinate the laser scanning process and activities as needed. 支持并更新數字化設計和施工流程。主導湛江一體化基地的數字化雙胞胎課題。與運營(yíng)部門(mén)和其他利益相關(guān)方合作，根據需要協(xié)調工廠(chǎng)的激光掃描。
- Champion the mindset of Continuous Improvement and implementation of improvement measures. 倡導持續改進(jìn)并付諸于實(shí)際行動(dòng)。

任職要求：
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with major study in Process/Mechanical /Chemical engineering 工藝/機械/化工專(zhuān)業(yè)本科畢業(yè)Master's degree will be an advantage研究生學(xué)歷優(yōu)選
- At least more than 10 years working experiences Engineering and Project Management　在工程設計及項目管理領(lǐng)域至少10年以上工作經(jīng)歷
- Proficient command of spoken and written Chinese and English熟練掌握中英文
- Good knowledge in Engineering standards (GB, HG, SH, ASTM, ASME, API, DIN/EN etc) 精通管道、設備布置及材料等知識，熟悉相關(guān)國內及國際標準規范（GB, HG, SH, ASTM, ASME, API, DIN/EN，等等）
- Good in relevant software/tools e.g., Hexagon tools　精通相關(guān)軟件及工具，如Hexagon工具
- Holding national engineer or senior engineer certificate as a preference 持有國內相關(guān)工程師或高級工程師證書(shū)者優(yōu)選
